I oversaw in cyprus on a student visa now got approval from manitoba is my overstayed effect my case
 
Officer i applied police clearance certificate for cyprus but they not provide to me in proper way they give me a letter in which they inclined i not have any criminal record but due to illegal overstay they not provide police clearance certificate so can I forward this letter to cic application

Yes you can provide that latter.
But there is no guarantee they will accept it.
 
Sir is there any another way for this actually main applicat is my wife and i am her spouse. I am in cyprus from 2007 to 2011 and after I continue stay in my country india. Plz tell me but i do now

Nothing much you can do. You have to submit the letter you got from Cyprus with an explanation saying that you can't get any other form of PCC.

IRCC may accept this or may not. If it's clearly written on the letter that you don't have a police record, it could work. Also, IRCC will be familiar with these kinds of processes from different countries, so if this is standard practice you should be ok.
 
With reference to your application requesting the issuance of a certificate of clear criminal record concerning yourself during stay in Cyprus , I inform you that although you have not had any criminal conviction in Cyprus , according to the legislation 73(I)04 the requested certificate can not be issued, because you have overstayed illegally in the territory of the republic of Cyprus.

Note : the content of this letter are subject of the provisions of the processing of personal data
 
Hi Jatinder7, don't know whether you are still around in this forum or not but I am just wondering what happened to your case? What did you do? I am also facing a similar situation like you, and it would be really helpful if you could share your experience.. Thanks
