I read PNO rules of many provinces and I sure rad that he/she must have graduated from that provicnce or something along those lines...and that they must have some work experience (usually 6 to 12 months) in that province...

Yet, I read somewhere that people currently living in other countries , with no student visa, no temporary resident visa...are applying for PNP----how is that possible?

Forgive my ignorance but I am new to this topic...pleas help me out guys :I

Why not,
there are several provinces which accept the candidates from outside
and YES, they dont require canadian education etc.

but you have to do a thorough research on Provincial Nomination and spend too much time on the forums,

otherwise you can hire a ICCRC registered consultant/lawyer, as they are aware of any new cap opening of Provinces.

However, if you would do it on your own then it would be much better, there are plenty of helpful members who can guide you about your queries.

so start your research today.

Yes, you can apply under PNP category, but firstly you must be nominated by the province and then you can submit your application to the CIC as Federal part for PR visa, but major thing is you should have a job offer to be qualified for the PNP. For example I have done my PNP in PEI and now I am in last stage meanwhile, I applied for work visa for same employer and currently. as foreign worker.

Hope I will received my PR visa sooner and my opinion is effort to find a suitable job offer and then your employer need to be obtain a LMIA it is a CIC approved job offer and then you can apply for nomination certificate. Finally, you would able to apply PR visa to Canada.

Hope you got an idea about a topic and wish you for your life in Canada.
