Can OOPNP issue more than 2700 PT?

Can OOPNP issue more than 2700 PT? Is it possible that quota is finished before my docs reach them?

AOR file numbers are around 600 at the moment and that is for files from around 10 July. Very unlikely that 2700 quota will be filled that soon. Anyhow, even if it does then your file will be processed and you will receive nomination following year.

2700 is for 2015 and than a new quota.
