Can not upload IMM1295 form!!!!! HELP!!!

I am trying with at least 3 weeks to upload the form and cant do it!!! Im tearing my hair out!!!!! Please please someone help me. I have checked it 30 times and filled in all the blanks with not applicable, filled file number in as 0000000 just so there is absolutely no blanks, going on other comments I have read on here and I just dont know what else to try.........

If you can not read upon opening. Click the download and save it in your documents. Then open it your with adobe acrobat or reader. It might works.

I have done that and filled it all out through adobe and still no luck... Its so frustrating.
