Can not log in to Ecas <<<<<<

today i tried to check my ecas status but i could not sign in and a message shows,,

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

I have the same problem, some people have this issue.. We hope to be back up soon... at least we are not alone on this

Yes me too since at least 2 weeks now :/
Did you do the medical exam ? if yes when ?

Ecas only works when your file processing has actually been started by the officer. He reviews the file and issues AOR. Submitting the application from your side is different thing.

Actually I am at the latest stages of the process, in JAN 2013 I did the medical exam, and the ecas was working but since 2 weeks it stopped recognizing my account [check my timeline for date details]
