Can my wife apply for SOWP extension while I'm waiting for PGWP?

Yes it is a Masters degree program of 2 years and comes with a 4-months coop..

That is what am asking now, based on my circumstances since she neither applied nor received her pgwp yet, can i apply to extend my own sowp? and will it be approved in the absence of her pgwp?

no you’ll need to apply based on your spouses study and co-op permits and then extend again when she qualifies for PGWP and has 3 paystubs
