Can my mother sponsor my husband to come to Canada ?

You have no other option other than an employer sponsoring your husband. You can apply inland and get a work permit that way but you need to come off social assistant. A company has to prove no other Canadian can do this job or wants it . Either way its going to be a tough ride.

Just get off social assistance, get a letter from Ontario Works that confirms u are off assistance, and u should be eligible to sponsor again
