I have urgent questionMy husband is studying in a non-traditional secondary school, so he cannot provide proof of academic qualifications, and the academic qualifications in college are not recognized by the Canadian government. If he obtains a work visa in Canada, will he be unable to apply for a provincial nomination or experience class if he has enough work experience?

You will actually need to research PNP and Canada's immigration programs to see if he will qualify.
