Can my brother's wife join him in Canada while he is applying for PR?

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help. My brother-in law has been living in Canada under a work visa for some time. He is currently applying for PR as a skilled worker. He is also now married. Are there any methods for his wife to join him in Canada while he is applying for PR for both of them?

Yes, He must sponsor his wife for temporary residency visa.

Temporary residency visa can be........
1. Work permit (Job Offer Require from Canadian employer)
2. Open Work permit ( Don't require any job offer letter)
3. Visitor Visa

I suggest, apply for dependent visitor visa to enter Canada quickly.....

The first step is to apply, without applying nobody go to Canada.
