My brother lives in the US. Can he pay for my eapr from his credit card while in the US?

I had trouble with my own credit card at the time of payment (and I honestly couldn't wait till the bank sorted it out, so I used my friend's card

however, in case of application withdrawal or refusal, any refunds will go to the card used for payment.
