Can low percentage students can get study visa??

I got 60% marks in isc 12th standard .can i apply for study in canada . If yes how much bands are required in IELTS.

if 60% marks can not apply than hw much percentage they needed bro ,u can having low grade doesn't mean u cant study further

i mean to say that my marks in main subjects are below 50 and i have heard that marks in main subjects such as accounts ,commerce and economics should be above 50 otherwise it is difficult to get visa
