You can try but I doubt if they will get a visa if a LCP will sponsor them. Maybe there's a chance if the employer will be the one to sponsor them for a tourist visa.

I have to agree with honeysweetie. See if your employer will help you sponsor your parents to visit, but be aware a visitor's visa from the Phillipines is hard to get.

Once you're a PR, you can help them get a Super Visa (once you have a job and meet income requirements).
