Hi all, if you can pay 20% down (or even more), can you get a 30 years mortgage on a study permit with funding available for at least four years in Toronto?

like it's for a limited time and staying in Canada afterwards or not affecting the mortgage. Plus, some countries forbid selling real estate to foreigners.

You can buy a house. You will need a bigger down payment and have extra taxes. Look at provincial guidelines.
