I think they may have new rules too. But there are MORE land border crossing compare to the 4 airports.
And they are still fixing issue with the hotel quaratine booking issue and other details to implement the rules.
honestly this quarantine thing wont last long

Many coutries still have hotel quaratine rules, why do you think this won't last long? Because everyone can get vaccinated soon?
why they thought quarantine at home is not good? it worked. I stayed at home in quarantine plus people provide negative covid test what else you need

Hello guys, I am glad I have been able to see someone thinking in my direction with respect to entering through the land border. I am in the United States with Letter of Introduction at the border for Study Permit collection. So, my school is in Windsor. I'm thinking of entering through the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel by using Enterprise-Rent a- Car Services or any car rental which has an office location in Windsor. Doing this, only need to show my COVID-19 negative result. Please, guys, I need your input on this.
1. How feasible is this plan?
2. Do land boarders issue Study Permit to international students with Letter of Introduction or a Work permit for someone with Open Spouse Work Permit Approval?
3. Has anyone seen students using this method?
4. Are there packing spaces at the border that would allow one the time to stop, get the study permit, and all?
Thanks guys.

Do you have an international driver's license and over 25 years? Enterprise is so expensive, I usually rent with them since I am a member.

KennyZ, let's reason this together, I have a valid USA driver's license, in case you wanna enter through Windsor. In my own case, I think it's more cost effective to do so.

Congratulations to all those who have gotten their visa approved.
Please, you guys help.
I am Pascal, I studied Estate Management in Nigeria and now pursuing to further my education under Project Management at Algonquin College. I have been admitted to the school so I applied for Visa last year November but unfortunately it was refused because my SOP wasn't well structured and organized. My GCMS notes state that I didn't show a clear career path linking my previous qualification and my proposed course of study and my education employment history and it was also poorly documented. Please, I need an SOP to look through while restructuring mine. Can anyone please help ?
Was the Estate Management Bachelor's? and is project Management PG, Masters? You just need to connect both on how useful it will be in your home country and also show how is it a progress from all the experience you have.

I am not sure if land border issues study permits.. any one knows?
You can rent the car cross the border and return it then quarantine at home somewhere
