I am international student in alberta, Cany anybody answer me whether being an international student , Should i apply for Federal Skilled Category?

what is better .. should i wait and apply for PR after completing my Master from Alberta... or should apply now. what are the consequences in case if application for Federal gets rejected.
will it effect my application to PR later when i apply for PR after completing Master.

Do you qualify to apply under FSW under the current rules?

Why do you feel that your application will be rejected?

I am thinking for consequences ... .. you mean qualifying like points? ..__ yes on the points
some people says its not better for the student to apply like that... they should apply after graduating from the instituation.... otherwise its bad reputation when one apply for Federal Skilled being student...

Can someone throw a light on the consequences... would it be wise for international student to apply for FSW or just concentrate in completing the studies and get PSW & then apply for PR.

Some people are saying that i should apply while some are saying it wouldn't be right for student to apply and even the case would be affected when file PR application.

CEC or PNP might be a better choice - with FSW, the number of people applying for them is way more than those applying for PNP and CEC.

Also - CEC only requires 1 year of work experience in Canada and it's easier to proof. Sometimes getting work experience letters from foreign countries can be quite messy.

If you can find a job in Canada - CEC or PNP

If you want to work in your home country and then apply - FSW

in jan 2015 FSW and CEC r going to be replaced by express entry ...i dont know if there is still quota left till jan 2015 under FSW or CEC.
