No it is unlikely to ever be listed on skills needed in a province because homeopathy is not considered medical treatment by most people and the scientific community. Sorry don’t want to be rude but I’m sure you’ve encountered many with a similar opinion.
If you qualify for Express entry and have CRS score around 470 then you have a chance but PNP no chance..
