Meaning that your job is not the only factor that determines your chances of getting an ITA. Other factors such as language skills, age, education, adaptability, years of work experience, etc, are important as well. You have to figure out your NOC as see if your work experience is actually skilled work experience.

My employer is refusing to provide me with the refrence letter so would it be fine if i have my job duties written on the white paper with with the signature of my managing director and stamp of the company
