can i send photocopy of my transcript attested by college principal in sealed college envelope?

University's will provide transcripts in sealed envelope....for 10th,12th you need photocopy's attested by principal and send them in sealed envelope.

acually i have done btech and diploma i have my btech transcript in sealed envelope from my university but my diploma transcript photocopy is sealed by college in college's envelope as original transcript is already in open state
