1. If your PGWP expires in June 2024 then you can work.
2. How are you eligible for SOWP?
My wife is pr and I applied for inland spousal sponsorship application. My wife as sponsor got aor. So I can work even after the expiry of my pgwp if my sowp application is in progress
But you posted that your PGWP expires in June 2024 so this is not an issue.
My only concern is I am about to apply sowp and what if the application won’t approve before my pgwp expiry. So in that case if my sowp application is in progress even after the pgwp expiry. Am I allowed to work?
They are not applying for SOWP. OP wants to apply for OWP for inland spousal sponsorship.
I just read another couple (PA being American) was told by CBSA at the border to NOT apply for OWP via flagpoling. They need to do that online instead.
