Can I work in summer vacation if I change DLI after that?

I'm an international student at University of X. My first semester is running. It will be finished in April. After that we will have a summer break of four months from may to August. But I have plans to move into another Institute in September intake. So my que is, if I change my dli in September, Can I work in this summer vacation?

Have you been a full-time student?

Off course you can work off campus full time , infact now you can work full time while studying full time until further notification from IRCC.
