Please share if you have some information regarding this I tried from CIC website but the nothing was there related to topic.

yes , you can work on contract or self employed on BOWP. Everything stays same. BOWP its an extension to work legally thats all

The work limitations are printed on the Work Permit itself.

Wonderful! I have done with my one year experience and now company is asking me to pay my own taxes. Will it effect my application anyway. Please advice.
 
I know it's immigration forum, but by the way, does any1 have any idea how to create your own company if U want to work as a contractor

You have to get your own HST number to file the taxes. I am in the process to get that done.
