Why would you withdraw to start again? That would be quite costly since you would lose your application fee.
If you got an update 2.12.11 that is not very long ago for any country to expect an update as you noted it will take between 8 to 12 months for processing. That 8 to 12 months started 2.12.11. Withdrawing now will set you back a very long way if you are serious about proceeding.
What do you mean by not getting your medicals? Did you not have the medical done or do you think you get a notice about the result? If you had the medical done the only notice you would receive is from the decision maker saying they were not received/you passed or you failed. This is part of the processing procedure.
Sir, Thanks for your advice and response. Actually i got my file number on 25-02-2011. So my processing time of 8 to 12 months should start from that day onward s right? And i was supposed to get my letter to take my medicals should have been arrived within 3 to 4 months after i got my file no: But i didt received it and on 02-12-2011 i again got an updation.
This is what is shown on my online client application status
"We received your application for permanent residence on November 19, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 25, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 2, 2011".
So actually when will my processing time of 8 to 12 months starts? is it from feb 25,2011 or Dec 2, 2011?
What will be wrong with my application for such a delay?
