I'm processing PR and was approved and I got eCoPR 2 months ago, but I've still not received the card. I have a plan to go to another country in 3 days. I have a valid work permit, in this case, can I use work permit when I come back to Canada?
Work permits are generally canceled once you land and become a PR. So you should assume you will not be able to use a work permit / TRV to return. You need to either have the PR card or a PR Travel Document or fly to the US and then re-enter Canada through a land border.
