I am applying my application this April 2009 under new rule. All these discussion is to make sure that CIC should evaluate my IELTS result under NEW IELTS score system.
In another way, I can claim 12 points in my IELTS test result and cross 67 boundary...

yes, I know for Canada Immigration, IELTS test result valid for only one year....
