Med's Done....
July 2014
Hi, I have a question. Our medicals expired on July 31st 2015 (according to the GCMS notes). We should be getting in-process soon (hopefully). Most likely they will send us a re-medical request.

My question is, my wife had to do her medicals for TRV as well. She did them in March 2015. Should I ask NDVO if they can consider these medicals for her immigration file? Has anyone done this before? Is it even allowed?

Any input will be really helpful.

To be honest, I think your wife's medical will be vali for PR sponsorship. Since medical exam are attached to your wife's UCI, I think as far as CIC is concerned, your wife's medical is valid. However your wife's need to land before her 1 year medical anniversary date. Since the medical was done under TRV, it won't likely get the benefit of getting an extension of the medical validity date, unlike medical done under the PR spousal sponsorship.
