Can I use LMIA (Temporary Work permit) for Express Entry

I live in the USA and my OPT STEM will get expired in Dec 2018. Currently, my H1B is in processing.

I recently secured a job in Canada. They have submitted for Global Talent Stream to get the LMIA. So that, I can apply for Temporary work permit. Recently, I have given my IELTS and secured L-8.5, R-7.5, W-6.5, S-7. Now when I add my job offer to express entry, I am getting 464 points. So, can I use my job offer and LMIA for a Temporary work permit to apply for express entry? My job offer is for an indefinite time and not a contract. Somewhere I read that I cannot use this job offer because Express entry requires LMIA for Federal Skilled trade or something. Is that True? Please advise.

Yes you can use you GTS Job Offer and LMIA to apply for Express Entry. I have already applied for my express Entry.
Well my friend and I applied as soon as we landed in Canada on work Visa.
