Can I use 2 ECA reports for 2 different degrees/certificates?

I come to learn that it takes a long time to access ECA from IQAS.
So considering the time constraint, should I go for CES?
I have completed my MBA from a recognized public university.

When i have done my ECA through WES I didn't had to send my documents through courier to WES. My university authority had done the whole process through e-mail. Does CES provide any such facility where the assessment can be done through e-mail?
