Can I update the form containing NOC Code?

Hi Guys, i was just wondering if I can update the form containing NOC code? I applied this april and got AOR in may. I put noc code which I found matching at that time but now I got a better noc code for the same duties. Can i send another form with the changed noc code to Ottawa? will they process my application on the basis of new form? Thanks

Here is what i did in some other case:
i didn't write the complete company name in form. I realized after 3 months, it may be problem.Therefore i sent fresh form(with the same complete name which were in my salary slip) with explanation letter , and they accepted.

Can we use two NOC codes at the same time for our duties? Please clarify
