Hello guys,

Can I update my Express Entry profile after submission?

I will submit my Express Entry profile that doesn't have 900 score mainly because I didn't mark on "I do have a valid job offer." section.

This is mainly because my LMIA is not completed yet.

In this case, can I submit my Express Entry profile first and then update it when LMIA arrives as positive?

Also, can I update my language score after I submit my Express Entry profile?
I will take TEF Canada exam again and get a very high French language score. I already have good CELPIP score.
I'm sure it will help me getting more points once I get high French exam score on top of CELPIP.

Thanks,

I think I have read once that inaccurate profile may result in 2 years of probation from submitting another profile.

This is what I'm curious about.

If I update my profile with higher French exam score, positive LMIA few months later after submission, will it be a positive consequence or a negative consequence?

Can anyone help on this?

Do you guys have any idea what will happen later?
Perhaps, I will be able to update my education information from high school grad to "Four Years at University or Bachelor" after I pay debt at my university and get an additional ECA.

You might want to head to the Express Entry section of this forum for any more questions about Express Entry:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-expression-of-interest-b54.0/

But to answer your question, you can change or update anything in your Express Entry profile until you get the ITA.

It will only be an issue if you get an ITA and you cannot prove via documents (e.g. LMIA, language results) what you had claimed in your profile, therefore, the ITA was given on false pretenses.

So I suggest do not claim in your profile that you have your positive LMIA until you actually have it.
You can update with your TEF at any time, make your first language the one where you have CLB 9 for all LWRS.
