Hi, urgent help needed,

When I applied for EE, I used my Canadian Ph.D. degree, to which I don't need a WES evaluation. I also included my international master's and bachelor's degrees in my EE application. However, for master's and bachelor's degree, I used my WES standard evaluation reference number and date (the reference number was like xxxxxx\srl ).

After receiving ITA, I realize the WES evaluation should be specific for IRCC, and I requested a WES evaluation upgrade from standard to IRCC evaluation. I got the upgrade in 1 day.
The change in the upgrade WES IRCC report is the header, date, and reference number. The reference number changed from xxxxxx\srl to xxxxxxIMM. So I updated the reference number and date in my post ITA form.

since I got the point for my Canadian Ph.D. degree,
is this ok to go ahead and submit my post-ITA or should I decline the invitation?

FYI the standard WES Evaluation was completed before applying EE, and They confirmed Canadian equivalency.

For CRS points, your highest degree matters, which is Ph.D in your case. So you can go ahead and update the details. Mention one line about this in your LOE.

Hi,
I have successfully submitted my application with payment very recently after receiving ITA back in 14.10.20. On our medical, it was mentioned about my 2 years 1 month old son that he has speech delay and was graded as "B". We have not been notified anything from CIC yet. Just wanted to know if anyone had faced same issue before. Please suggest, what should be done now, or should I just wait for the reply from CIC. Or what might be the outcomes of this issues. I'm a doctor my self, 1 thing know for sure is,my son doesn't have other developmental issues.

Thank you, waiting for your kind replies

You should wait for an update from IRCC. I don't think the grade B is an issue.

Its better to remove your international degrees from education history and Move them to personal history.

If I do that, I am afraid it will make it more different from my initial EE submission? Since I manage to get the correct ECA for the international degrees, as suggested above, I was thinking of updating it and explain it in LOE will be sufficient. Or is it possible to ask them directly before I submit my app?

if you have correct eca its fine, its just something additional info for them to verify when not needed.

Yes, I have the correct ECA. The only issue is I got it after the invitation. I hope they won't have a problem with the correction I am making to resolve the initial oversight. I am thinking of calling IRCC directly. Do you believe IRCC answers such specific questions?

You can correct it, it's ok

Because I have a high CRS point, I declined the invitation and then corrected all the ECA stuff in my express entry form.
Luckily I received the invitation again and now working on my post ITA application.
For people who came to the same situation as me, I suggest not to decline it. Yesterday, I saw CIC news, which states only the highest degree suffice for education proof. Please see the details on the following link
