Can I travel with this white scratch on my passport ?

I am from Morocco I got my student visa and I booked a ticket flight from Morocco to Toronto. Today I accidentally scratched my first page of the passport, the scratch is coming from my hair to the right of the picture frame as shown on the link bellow. Will I be denied entering Canada ? (The student visa page is perfectly fine and the flight is confirmed)

No. You are good to go. Machine readable part is that bottom with <<<< stuff >>>> etc

Can I apply study permit extension,pgwp,work permit...with it later while I am in Canada ?

What do you mean?

Chips tend to be in a back or front page but not on biodata.

It's not great what you've done. Up to CBSA officer who will have heard it all, such as washing machine, back pocket, dog, child, occasionally wife.

On the front cover of my passport there is a small gold camera logo at the bottom ,it's still clear and untouched, so I guess I am good ? I hope so.

After 26 years working in the job, I think I just might know that not all passports have chips. How relevant is that to my statement of fact that the passport chip is more important than the mrz?

The chip logo is not the chip. Some passports you can see the chip, some you can feel but not see, some are very well hidden.

Hard to know the tolerance levels for passport damage for CBSA and I cannot see how bad damage is from photos looking on my mobile phone.
