Can I travel while visa in process

Hello members ,
Im from India (Gujarat) and I was studying in European country but meanwhile I left my studies and came back to India and after completing degree in back home country .
Currently I have applied for Canadian study Visa and its in process but my European Study visa is still valid till September 2022 . In my Sop and i have mentioned the Cons that why i left that country and chose canada for further education .
Can i travel to that country in this situation for 2-3 weeks because i have some important immigration work over there

Please any suggestions are welcome

When you apply for the study permit as an outland applicant and also reside outside of Canada, travelling or visiting other countries does not interfere with the process of your application. You have no status in Canada to lose it.

I was thinking may be they will raise the question at canada immigration that why I visited over there iF i left that country because I told all cons to them as the main factor that why I left that country and applying to Canada

But you dont have to write bad/cons about other country to justify coming to Canada, I want to believe you didnt do that...Study Permit is not Asylum

Well , I faced lot of problems over there while living ( They dont speak english even in government premises , their education system is quite strange in terms of documentation because they required how many hours I attended in my high school in each subjects, problems the daily routine while communicating with other people and with the mutual decision of family I left my studies and came back to home country and applied for Canada study permit

However, I have to tell them what were the main reasons behind my permanent departure from there .
So believe that I wrote those things where were the main reason while living there .
