CAN I TRAVEL TO CANADA 60 DAYS BEFORE MY REGISTRATION START DATE?

As I expect the outcome of my study permit application and if approved, can I travel to Canada in July while my program registration starts in September? Is there any rules governing this? Please let me know.

Yes you can travel

Example: wolfpmd3

His course starts from september but he reached canaday a week ago

Yes of course, I know someone who got there last May, his classes will start this August, as long as you have enough funds for your stay then there will be no problem, good luck.

You can enter Canada as long as you have a valid TRV. IO at POE have right to question you for reasons coming to Canada 2 months in advance.
 
Yes you can travel. At point of entry they may ask you the reason for early travel and you will have to convince them that you have enough funds to support yourself. Remember these funds will be on top of the funds required to support yourself for the first year of your study.
