I agree, because immigration was seemed as lenient before but now time has changed as the immigration system has tightened, but do you know how much longer it will last until it becomes less strict
No one knows what will happen in a few years. In the mean time, sit tight and wait till you meet physical present to get your citizenship.
(Think- no need to apply for US visa with Canadian passport in the near future.)

Canada is a big country, there are a lot to see inside Canada. :)

That’s very true, but does it mean you have all the freedom in light of travelling after you became a citizen. why is that?
Being a citizen of a country is very different from being a resident (permeant or temporary).
Canada could provide you with more protection once you are a citizen. (though that can still fail in some cases)
You can get embassy protection (if you can get there) as a citizen. (not so as a PR)

Thank you so much for it, does it mean that I am going to lose or abandon my original country passport forever? Can I still keep my original passport in my pocket even after I became a citizen because HK allows for duel-citizenship.
And is Canada going to know that if I renewed my passport or how is Canada going to know if I used my passport to travel other countries?
You are not required to lose/abandon your HK passport, the actions that can trigger a reavailment/cessation case against you or your family are the 3 i mentioned in my previous comment (renewal, use or visit). You should keep your HK passport and only renew it or use it for travel AFTER you become a canadian citizen.

Countries regularly share security/travel information with each or have access to that information- I dont know about canada and HK but my guess is if Canada wanted, they could access that information. Also worth noting is that when you apply for citizenship in 2+ years you are required to declare all foreign travel truthfully, and if you declare a trip to your home country that could be flagged by the citizenship officer reviewing your file.

Well can I just say I immigrated to Canada
Would never count on countries not knowing what you are doing abroad especially countries like China. Just timelines and who travelled could trigger doubt about how you gained status abroad and how you obtained it. In many place suspicion is enough for some significant consequences.

I guess it will be fine because I wasn’t the one who choose the seek asylum here it is my moms decision and I followed her?
You are part of the asylum claim. In some cases, the dependent stays in home country and the PA claim asylum and after he/she got PR, then he/she apply for dependent to get PR (may take a few years). That case, the dependent isn't party of the asylum.

In your case, you are part of it. So take our advice.
I think coming from Hong Kong, it may be hard to understand the concept. (HKers were able to travel to other countries with easy or no visa applications)
But now, since you obtain your PR via asylum, you need to be careful about traveling aboard.
Before you get your citizenship and passport, you can only travel with Refugee Travel Document. Some countries allow travel with RTD with visa application.
But IMO the safest way is to just stay put in Canada until you get citizenship.

There are a lot to learn as a teenager and it's not easy to immigrate to a new country. There are many Hong Konger in Canada now and many young people as well.
Hopefully you can find friends and connections from HK and local Canadians.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Not sure how HK immigration has anything to do with this case. They applied for asylum.
But OP wants to go to HK. All travelers have to go through immigration before they can collect their bags. Unlike Canada, all travelers have to go through them before they can go to their boarding gates (to other destinations including Canada).

I wondered if you travel at all..
