I submitted our pics loose but typed labels on the computer on stuck them to the back of each pic. I thought it would appear neater.

LOL yes over 1000 :D i think i was paranoid about how many people were refused the first try. I didnt explain on all of them, but put them in different envelopes and put important names of people listed through out my explanatory note and the events. So eg. in an envelope labelled "Wedding" i wrote a brief list of people there one the cover of it.. (some labeled in the back of the pictures) and closed the envelope. I dont think they verify too many people other than family members and your list of reference members that you put on your application

wow lol that's awesome. When did you send your application in, have you landed now? =D
If not, gooooodluck!

Thanks! No not yet.. I had no idea about the RPRF fee so the application got delayed....i applied in august so im still hopeful :)

Does the size of the picture have to be all the same if I am to copy paste the picture in Word? Also, how do I address myself? Do I have to identify me and my sponsor as applicant and sponsor each time theres a picture of us with friends?

I went to wallmart and Blacks and printed out all the photos i wanted to send. Some had small print on them that I wanted to be easy to see.. so I printed those out bigger. Probably spent $70-100 just on printing out photos. perhaps we'll get them back in the end? I've heard that happening to people... When they ask for the passport (if i don't pick it up in person).. i'll add a note asking if I could have the photos back. Don't really think they need them.
