My Experiance with F Fido -Part II
I asked for the final bill as I'd cancelled with them, please see their response below:
"Your final invoice for the amount of $122.61 includes a remaining balance of $89.04 from your last bill (August), as well as a $30 data usage charge (between August 24 and September 22). You were then refunded $1.87 for your monthly services that were cancelled and not used on September 23"
After asking them for a detailed bill as I know that the extra data usage was included in the $89, I received the response below:
"Thank you for your reply.
I have reviewed the invoice. Teh data usage was billed for going over the usage. I have however reviewed the invoice adn no data usage was done. It was a billing error. I have reported the issue. I have also corrected the due amount.
Your new balance is $88.71.

I just do not think it was an honest mistake and I'm so happy that I'm done dealing with F Fido.
