Can I submite another application?

I have submitted my wife spouse sponsorship on April 20, 2013 and its still in process, I want to sponsor my cousin from Holland he is Holland citizen but his wife is not yet. They have one child too. Can I submit family sponsorship application for them, would that have any negative impact on my wife application?

You will never be able to sponsor your cousin through Family Class. See here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-who.asp#who_can


You can check the immigration programs of the province where you are living, as some allow for sponsorship of a first cousin provided they meet certain requirements.
