Can I submit one year old photograph with my Passport?

I received PPR on Feb 19. I am going to submit the Passports on Monday, Feb 26. I want to know if it is fair to send the same photo that I had submitted last year with my application.

Any suggestion?

No, per the CIC website, your passport photo must have been taken within the last six months (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-passports/photos.html).
