Can i submit my provisional certificate at the time of ITA?

Hi, my college will be issuing my diploma certificate almost 8-10 months after course completion. However, i will have a provisional which i can use for ECA. But at the time of ITA, what If i still haven't gotten the original certificate? Please advice

Yes you can, I doubt you will get rejected if you get an ECA (which is what they care about), you should anyways explain all this in your LoE
