Hello, My official transcript is coming out on May 7th. I have to start my job on May 13th. The university dept will review the application to graduate till 15th may. So can I apply for my PGWP initially with the final transcript, and then as soon as the university reviews the application to graduate and gives me the letter, can I upload the letter?
