Can I Submit My Application For ECA Report While On Student Visa

no issue... keep in mind two things-one, the evaluating agency will ask you for the purpose of the ECA and second thing to keep in mind is the validity of the ECA

But what are you studying for now and is it possible you will want to get it assessed when you are finished. As in that case I would wait to avoid having to pay again.

he may or may not want to do it from wes...that's upto him

I know the validity is of 5 years for express entry which is more than enough for me.

thanks...I am currently studying ontario graduate certificate. It requires a bachelor degree to get admission but I think I need to submit ECA for bachelor degree done in my home country for EE Profile.

What degree are you going to get in Canada? If it's a Master's, it would be a waste of money because the Master's degree would give you top points without needing the ECA (provided you want to wait with your EE profile submission until you graduate).

thats means you may be able to make request to WES for a new report based on the previous evaluation
