Hello All.

I am pretty nervous about 4 months of experience (NOC 6211) I am using for CEC. I indeed did all the duties and responsibilities for that NOC and my manager is writing a letter too. But the problem is I was paid little more than the minimum for this NOC according to job bank website. Can I submit a letter from my colleagues along with manager's letter to strengthen and prove that i indeed did all the duties. I know my employer did the wrong thing by not raising my wage at the right time and i was not well informed on such matters at that time. Pls suggest.

Thanks.

It is recommended to get the letter from your Manager on the company's letterhead. If this letter does not contain all the necessary information required by CIC, then you can obtain a letter on a plain paper from your colleague stating the missing information in it and duly signed by him with his contact information. Make sure you notarise this letter obtained from your colleague.
Also attach a LOE stating this scenario.

If you do as sushsmart15 recommends above, then you should be fine. The wage isn't determinative, provided it's on par with the industry standards (i.e., it shouldn't be so low as to raise questions whether you were an actual employee vs. an intern or a volunteer etc.). Best wishes.

Hey secular
I guess I tried yesterday in some other post of yours regarding same information.
However, 4 months experience get you no point ( even if does it won't affect your CRS drastically)
Moreover, a letter notarized or not from a colleague does not signifies as if CIC starts accepting such lettering such manners anyone would get letter for work experience and get signed by random person and will be allowed to Canada.
Not trying to demoralize or anything just trying to explain how an agent would see a letter from a colleague. ( I would look it that way if I were to be that agent)
