Can i study in Concordia University after i got visa on Dalhousie University?

Hi,
I got the admission at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and then i applied my visa for Dalhousie University. But after some days i got the admit from Concordia University, montreal, Quebec, Canada, which is my dream University . So now, i want to study in Concordia University. I got the CAQ.

So, can i go to Concordia University after i got visa for Dalhousie University?
I got some advice that, i can change the DLI Number from cic portal and then i can go to montreal.if i do so and direct go to montreal then it makes any problem during immigration?

Please answer me. It's Urgent.

have you paid your tuition fees to dalhousie university? or you just applied your study permit without paid to any fees.....

I paid my tution fees for Dalhousie then applied for visa.
