Basically I made an online application for my study permit and visa in March, which hasn't been granted. Along with that application, I attached a scanned copy of my passport consisting of all pages which were stamped.

Now, I might have to travel to a neighbouring country. If I do, there will be new stamps on my passport. I'm also thinking of getting my US tourist visa. Now, if all these happen before I get my Canadian passport request, will those guys at Canadian High Comm reject the issuance of visa stamp on my passport if they find out that my actual passport has pages with additional stamp and visa, not as per the version I submitted online few months back?

Help please. Thanks in advance.

Not 100% sure about this but I guess they will be able to see the date of the visa stamps on your passport and compare it with the date of your application submission

Should not be a problem I think

It should not be a problem. Better if you can, add the new pages to your application, so that they see you have better travel history...
