My husband is working in Canada with closed Work Permit tied to his company and I got Open Work Permit-dependent in Port Of Entry. After coming here I started working for a company with my Open Work Permit. For some reasons, my husband's company no longer provides work here before his work permit expires and asked to leave to our home country to work there. Can I still work here with my open work permit until my permit expires, even my husband leaves Canada

I am in a situation and need some advice.
I am having a closed work permit with my employer which is expiring in November, though my employer is extending my work permit for 2yrs, but because of reduced business from client due to COVID my employer is sending me back to India.
My wife is having dependent open work permit, which is also getting extended for next 2yrs. So for how long can my wife stay here on her open work permit? As its extended for next 2yrs, so can she stay here and work for next 2yrs or have to leave in November when the original work permit is getting expired.

She can stay and work as long as her open work permit is valid.
