Can I start to apply immigration plan even I'm not graduated from Canada's college?

Hello,
I got study permit for next year, however I found that I am able to apply some immigration plan, in this case, can I apply but not impact my study permit? If so, what will be the best way?

Yes you can get Canada PR. You don't necessarily need Canadian Education for this. You can begin the process based on your Indian Education.
