Can I sponsor my girlfriend?

We were married in Philippines in 2000 and we got divorce in 2005. And we both Canadian citizen. I want to marry my girl friend now in Philippines. Am I able to sponsor her and if I can what do I do?

We're not Canadian citizen yet When we got divorced. And my ex wife sponsored me in Canada

How did you get divorced if divorce is illegal in the Philippines? If you got divorced in some other country, then Philippines will not recognize that so you would be unable to get married in Philippines ever again. I think only annulment will allow you to get married in Philippines again.
