You can only sponsor your sister if you have no spouse / common law partner, no children, both of your parents are deceased and you have no other family in Canada (e.g. sibling, aunt, uncle). Otherwise she will need to qualify for PR on her own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

If I sponcer my sister and I get married will be still able to sponcer my wife to Canada as well after my sister landed Canada ?

Are either of your parents still alive?

I am not qualified just because my parents are a live ? I will be eligible if Simone have no parent they are not a live

As already stated, you would only be eligible with no living parents/grandparents, no spouse, no children, no Canadian relatives.

Correct. You cannot sponsor your sister if either of your parents are still alive.

You will only qualify to sponsor her once both of your parents are deceased. You also cannot have a wife or children at that time.

This route of sponsorship has a nickname called "lonely Canadian". So you need to have no one alive to sponsor (e.g. parents and grandparents) and no one related to you in Canada and no spouse and children to qualified.

Yes you can sponsor your sister with your parents as long as she ia under 22. Getting selected for the PGP program is quite difficult. It seems unlikely that there will be a program this year but likely next year. There were going be changes to the program this year so we don't know how CIC will select candidates. Currently you need 3 years meeting a minimum income level and you need to be a PR. You also commit to meetinf yoru parents financial needs for 20 years except Quebec. Would encourage you to read about the PGP program.

That could be a big issue. Your parents and your sister need to pass the medicals to qualify. The process could take a few years IF they get selected. If your parents unfortunately pass away you can only sponsor your sister if you aren't married/common law, don't have any children and don't have other family in Canada like aunts, uncles, etc. That would be under the "lonely Canadian" program.
