Please let me know how can I sponsor my brother 22 yr old and parents are not alive?
He just finished his engineering and is not working yet.

then it is not possible for you to sponsor your brother. he will need to find an alternative route to immigrating to canada.

perhaps check his country of origin if they have a "working holiday" visa and if he qualifies. it can at least get him to canada, and start getting the experince needed to find an employer to sponsor him. Also, i'm not sure what the rules are for the Provincial Nomination Program, so it may be worth it for him to do some research to see if he qualifies. Basically, he needs to go to the immigration website, take the survey and see if/how he qualifies for any of the working programs available. If he doesn't qualify for any, then he won't be eligible to immigrate to canada.
