My girlsfriend is a university student, but she has a study permit, under her dads work permit. She still has 2 year left till she finishes her degree, but she has been living in Canada for 5 years, she actually completed her high school here. I have my PR, but I'm under sponsorship of my dad. I want to marry her, but I am wondering how the paperwork would go.
Would it be a sponsorship or something else?
can I give her PR?
Would it be an inland application or an outland application?
Where and how do I apply?

After you marry your girlfriend, you can sponsor her as spouse. You can not give her a PR but you can submit sponsorship application and if approved CIC will give your wife a PR. Since your girlfriend is already in Canada, Inland Application is a better option.

Yes, you can marry her and sponsor her. the best way is inland application,
Since she has a student permit it will be easier in the sense that she will have a life,
not like many cases in which the inland spouse has to suffer because cant go to school
or cant work...

It doesn't matter if you have been sponsored by your dad. You can sponsor your wife.

Inland application may be a horrible idea. It will take over 2 years to get her PR, and she has no need for an OWP if she is already on a study permit for next 2 years.

Since she's been in Canada 5 years and has valid status here for 2 more years, an OUTLAND application would probably be done at CPC-Ottawa visa office due to her residency in Canada, and she could have her full PR status in well under 1 year.

Or even if her OUTLAND PR app is sent based on her country of citizenship, there's a good chance it would still be done quicker than the terribly slow inland process.

It's perfectly fine to stay in Canada on study visa while an OUTLAND app is processing.
